Please be advised that the EASTON – DFW World Series has a "stay to play" requirement, meaning that all participating teams and attendees must book their accommodations through the designated housing provider(s) affiliated with the event.

Admission$75 per rostered player
Admission will be $75 per rostered player. This will cover all fans, coaches and family for entry into the event. This fee will be paid in cash at check in. Cash is the only form of payment accepted . This will be paid at team check in. Check in location: June 26th at Doubletree by Hilton Arlington DFW South (1507 N Watson Rd, Arlington TX 76006). Manager’s check in will begin at 3:00PM and end at 7:00PM.
After this fee is paid by each team, no other gate fees will be charged. The parents and fans will not be charged the $30 per person fee they normally are charged to attend the event. This fee is paid at the team manager check in. The fee will be paid in cash at the team check in on June 26th, 2025 at TBD.

Tentative Itinerary
June 26th, 2025: Manager check in will be on June 26th with pool play games beginning on the 27th. Schedule will be out on June 23rd at the latest.

Manager’s check in: This is when managers will pay the per player gate fee ($75 per rostered player). These fees will be required to be paid in cash at the manager’s check in. Location of the meeting is TBA. This will be from TBA.

DFW World Series Kick Off: This is not a required event for attendance. We have rented an area at the TBA where check in will be and players/coaches will have a chance to win prizes. You can go to our sponsors link to get more information.

Team Skills Competitions: Team Skills Competition (free to all teams/click here for more information)
June 27th, 2025: Pool Play begins.
June 28th, 2025: Pool Play finishes. Pin Trading, and Individual Skills Challenges (individuals must preregister/click here for more information)
June 29th, 2025: Rangers Game (possible games after Rangers if needed).
June 30th, 2025: Bracket Play Starts.
July 1st, 2025: Bracket Play continues (some divisions may finish)
July 2nd, 2025: Bracket Play concludes.
July 3rd, 2025: Used if Necessary for rain out on July 2nd. This is a last resort. Every effort will be made to finish on July 2nd or earlier. This day will only be used if July 2nd is a complete rainout. If other adjustments can be made to finish on the 2nd (cut game times, losers bracket eliminated, etc), for the event will be finished on the 2nd.
Teams will normally play 3 pool and double elimination bracket. We do reserve the right to modify this based on number of teams. If there are an odd number of teams, the lowest seed will play an extra pool game. The results of that pool game will count (along with pitching). We do split very large brackets into upper and lower divisions based on pool standings. The number of teams required to split into gold/silver flights after pool play is determined by field availability and on logistics.
