EVENT DETAILS

June 29th, 2023: Manager check in will be in the afternoon on June 29th with pool play games beginning on the 30th. Schedule will be out on June 27th at the latest.

• Manager’s check in: This is when manager’s will pay the per player gate fee ($75 per rostered player). These fees will be required to be paid in cash at the manager’s check in. Location of the meeting will be at TBD. This will be from TBD pm to TBD pm.

June 30th, 2023: Pool Play begins

July 1st, 2023: Pool Play finishes

July 2nd, 2023: Skills Competition, Pin Trading and Rangers Game (possible games after Rangers if needed).

July 3rd 2023: Bracket Play Starts/Continues

July 4th, 2023: Bracket Play continues (some divisions may finish)

July 5th, 2023: Bracket Play concludes

July 6th, 2023: Used if Necessary for rain out on July 5th. This is a last resort. Every effort will be made to finish on July 5th or earlier. This day will only be used if July 5th is a complete rainout. If other adjustments can be made to finish on the 5th (cut game times, losers bracket eliminated, etc), the event will be finished on the 5th).

Teams will normally play 3 pool and double elimination bracket. We do reserve the right to modify this based on number of teams. If there are an odd number of teams, the lowest seed will play an extra pool game. The results of that pool game will count (along with pitching). We do split very large brackets into upper and lower divisions based on pool standings. The number of teams required to split into gold/silver flights after pool play is determined by field availability and on logistics.

The Rangers will allow us to have a Parade of Champions. The Parade of Champions will be after the game on July 2nd. Only teams purchasing tickets from the event will receive wrist bands and be able to participate in parade of teams. There will not be games during the Rangers game. Teams will be off during this time. More information will be sent out in regards to this prior to the event.

TICKET INFORMATION

Only one order per team please. Individual ticket orders will not be accepted. Teams (parents, players and others) will be seated together to the best of the Ranger’s ability when ordering as a team. All Ranger Tickets will be sent out electronically a couple days prior to Ranger’s game. They WILL NOT be shipped to you. A representative from the team will need to pick up wristbands for the players and 2 coaches at team check in. These wristbands must be worn at the game in order to walk on the field. Only players and 2 coaches are allowed to walk in the parade of teams.

DEADLINE TO PURCHASE IS FRIDAY JUNE 16, 5:00PM

Children under 36 inches tall do not need a ticket as long as they occupy a ticket holder’s lap. An updated flyer will be provided once we get 2023 ticket prices.

Players conduct at the Rangers Game can affect their eligibility in the World Series. Please have all players behave respectfully and appropriately while attending the Rangers Game. Players caught behaving in a manner detrimental to the World Series will face the possibility of being removed from the Parade of Teams and from the entire world series.
