Tournament Comments
POOL PLAY INTO A SINGLE ELIMINATION TOURNAMENT. AA and Open classes will be combined if the director thinks it is necessary. In an Open division, the director may have multiple pools and brackets. With 8 teams or more in a pool, the bracket may be split. Awards will be given to the first and second place team in each bracket. Game times will be 90 minutes for 9U-14U. 75 minutes for 7U and 8U.
REGISTRATION: Teams must register and pay online via the USSSA website. Registration will close and payment will be due on Wednesday, ten (10) days prior to the tournament start date, unless the team limits are hit due to field capacity. Failure to pay on by the due date will result in removal from the tournament.
FEES: All teams are required to pay the entry fee online at the USSSA national website. The gate fee may be paid online or at site check-in.
SPECIAL REQUESTS for pool play game times will be considered on a first come first serve basis after team registration payment has been received. For consideration the SUBMIT IN WRITING the request and email to [email protected] by Friday night, eight (8) days prior to the tournament start date. The tournament director will strive to accommodate pool play requests but reserves the right to refuse any request at any time.
CHECK IN: All team managers are required to check in prior to the first game and submit a signed copy of the USSSA team roster and proof of USSSA insurance. Additional information will be sent to team managers via USSSA email.
Roster: All players must be on the official roster or be a guest player per USSSA rules and all managers and coaches must complete and pass the USSSA background check.

Cancellations/Refund Policy
There is a chance any event could be cancelled due to adverse weather, an act of God, or a government mandate.
$150 of the entry fee will be kept covering awards, field rentals, and administrative costs if the tournament is cancelled for any reason before or after the start of the event.
Refunds will be based on a prorated schedule (minus administrative fees) of the number of games guaranteed (not actually scheduled).
