Event Updates
Tournament Key Information
Pools play into a single elimination tournament. With 8 teams or more in class, the bracket may be split. Awards will be given to the First and Second place team in each bracket. AA and Open classes will be combined if the director thinks it is necessary. Game times will be 90 minutes for 9U-14U. 75 minutes for 7U and 8U.
REGISTRATION and FEES: Teams must register via the USSSA website. Registration will close on Sunday night before the event at 6:00pm, unless the team limits are hit due to field capacity. ALL TEAMS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY ENTRY FEE ONLINE AT USSSA NATIONAL WEBSITE. GATE FEE: $125 gate fee per team may be paid online or at site check-in. UNPAID teams will be dropped from the event and replaced by a team on the waiting list.
SPECIAL REQUESTS for pool play game times will be considered on a first come first serve basis after team registration payment has been received. For consideration SUBMIT IN WRITING the request via email to [email protected] Tournament director will strive to accommodate pool play requests but reserves the right to refuse any request at any time. POOL SCHEDULE will be posted late on Wednesday night and earlier if possible.
CHECK IN: All teams are required to check in prior to first game.

Pre-Tournament Cancellation:
- There is a $75 non-refundable administrative fee
Cancellation during tournament:
- If one game is started there will be a 50% refund of tournament fees.
- If two games started there will be a 25% refund of tournament fees.
- If two games played and or the bracket has been posted, no refund of any tournament fees.
