Tournament Key Information

Pool play into single elimination tournament.  AA and Open classes will be combined if the director thinks it is necessary.  In an Open event tournament director may have multiple pools and brackets.  With 8 teams or more in a pool, the bracket may be split.  Awards will be given to the first and second place team in each bracket.  

REGISTRATION:  Teams must register via the USSSA website.  Registration will close 10 days prior to the tournament start date unless the team limits are hit due to field capacity.     

FEES:  All teams are required to pay the entry fee online at the USSSA national website.  The gate fee may be paid online or at site check-in.  The tournament director will send out payment due dates via USSSA email.  Failure to pay on the due date will result in removal from the tournament. 

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE:  Game times will be 90 minutes for 9U-14U.  75 minutes for 7U and 8U.

SPECIAL REQUESTS for pool play game times will be considered on a first come first serve basis after team registration payment has been received.  For consideration SUBMIT IN WRITING the request and email to [email protected]   Tournament director will strive to accommodate pool play requests but reserves the right to refuse any request at any time. 

CHECK IN:  All team managers are required to check in prior to first game.

Roster:   All players must be on the official roster or be a guest player per USSSA rules. 

Refund Policy

Cancellations/Refund Policy 

There is a chance any event could be completely rained out or cancelled by another act of God or government mandate. Please be aware that $150 of the entry fee will be kept covering the direct expenses and administrative costs if the tournament is canceled after the registration/withdrawal deadline. After the $150 is deducted the remaining refunds will be based on a prorated number of games guaranteed. A game that has started but suspended counts as a game played if it cannot be continued.
