PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE NO CONCESSIONS TODAY AT THIS BALLPARK. YOU ARE WELCOME TO BRING COOLERS, FOOD, ETC. AT YOUR DISCRETION. 

We will plan to play at the Village tomorrow if possible.

GAME MGMT

TIME LIMITS: 1 hr & 30 minutes / both pool & bracket

RUN RULE:

Run Differential
6 Inning games - 15 3rd Inning
6 Inning games - 8 4th Inning

PITCHING LIMITS: 

A player can only pitch a Max of 3 innings in one day to be eligible the next day. 

A player can only pitch a Max of 8 innings total for the weekend. 

A player can only pitch a Max of 6 innings in one day, and will not be eligible the next day. 

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS

There are two entrances to the Village. Caruth Haven Dr. & Village Glen Dr.

There are two parking garages that can be accessed by way of Caruth Haven Dr. and Village Glen Dr. 

Caruth Haven Entrance:

Enter The Village through the main entrance on Caruth Haven

Lane and Southwestern Blvd.

- Very shortly after crossing the stop light into The Village, make
your immediate first left and go down the road leading into the
underground parking garage.
- Inside the garage, turn left and you will see glass doors with two
elevators. Take those to the shops and dining level.
-You will see the Ballpark nested against the Over & Under Sports Bar & Grill. 

Village Glen Entrance: 
- Turn onto Village Glen Drive from Southwestern Blvd; continue
driving and bear right.
- Take your 1st right and follow the path down to the under-
ground parking garage.
- Once in the garage, take an immediate left followed by your next
right to continue driving.
-Once you see the colorful mural and floral entrance on your left,
look for the glass doors and 2 elevators directly across from that.
Take those to the shops and dining level.
-You will see the Ballpark nested against the Over & Under Sports Bar & Grill. 

GATE FEE

There is NO gate fee for this event!

Free entry for all Coaches, fans, & players. 

UMPIRES

UIC & Head Umpire will be: 

Collin Ethridge - Collin played High School Baseball for Heath High School and Rockwall High School. NCAA playing career was Hardin Simmons University, Northlake Junior College, and University of Texas (Dallas). 

Asst. Umpire will be: 

Blake Anderson - Blake played High School Baseball for Royse City High School. NCAA playing career was Dodge City Junior College and Abilene Christian University. 

RESTRICTIONS

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY BY THE CITY OF DALLAS 

Absolutely NO Sunflower Seeds or Shelled Peanuts. Coaches, players, and fans will be asked to leave the event if in violation of this policy. This is a very nice ballpark, and we want to continue to reserve the privilege to Host our events for you here! Thank you, in advance for your understanding and cooperation. 

PLAYING SURFACES

The Village Field plays 46/65 for this event. This is a natural playing surface with a Turf Mound. Cleats &/or Turf shoes are allowed. NO METAL SPIKES.

2 games played - no refund 

1 games played - 50% refund 

0 games played - 100% refund
