Event Updates
West Texas State
Pool play into a single elimination tournament. With 8 teams or more in class, the bracket may be split. Awards will be given to the First and Second place team in each bracket. AA and Open classes will be combined if the director thinks it is necessary.
Game times will be 90 minutes for 9U-14U and 75 minutes for 7U and 8U games.
All teams will be placed into pools and ranked by CLASS STRENGTH-USSSA POWER per the USSSA website.
NO SPECIAL REQUESTS for pool play game times for State. All teams must be able to play between 8:00am to 10:00pm on Saturday, June 8th.
REGISTRATION and FEES: Teams must register via the USSSA website. Registration will close on Thursday, May 30th unless the team limits are hit due to field capacity. ALL TEAMS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY THE ENTRY FEE ONLINE AT USSSA NATIONAL WEBSITE. GATE FEE: $125 gate fee per team may be paid online or at site check-in. UNPAID teams will be dropped from the event and replaced by a team on the waiting list at Noon on Friday, May 31st.
CHECK IN: All teams and players will be required to check in prior to the first game at the site they will be playing at. Please present your team roster, team insurance and copies of the players supporting documentation (birth certificates and grade reports if needed).

Refund Policy:
• Weather Cancellations: There is a chance any event could be completely rained out. Please be aware that $200 of the entry fee will be kept covering awards, field rentals, and administrative costs if tournament is cancelled due to weather either before or after the start of the event.
• Refund Policy: Refunds will be based on a prorated schedule (minus administrative fees) of the number of games guaranteed (not actually scheduled).
